ZERO STARS! VIDEO EVERYTHING THEY SAY/DO! Scheduled through my home warranty for a sewer lateral backup issue. The technician showed up, spent about a minute walking through, lied to me on the spot that he didn't have the right hydrojet equipment for the job (their own dispatch told me later otherwise), and said scheduling would reach out to set up another visit. Horrible company, no honor, no service, don’t know what they are doing. Give you a run around and in a meantime we are with no shower in the only bathroom we have. Their reviews are low rightfully so. We would never go with them, they were sent by our warranty company unfortunately. They don’t call back, basically useless. The company won’t care about the reviews but you as a customer will have another proof from actual experience, do not use their service if you want things done.
Same as the others, claim with Fidelity home warranty. Terrible service, terrible execution, the worst experience.

Once done, they abruptly tried to get it signed off so we didn't have a chance to ask questions. After they left, we found out that they didn't do everything per the agreement and already took payment. If you’re assigned this company through Home Warranty ask for another vendor. They accepted the job then didn’t contact me or show up or pick up the phone (there’s no way to call them other than leave a voice mail) for 48 hours
