DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!! 0 Stars! 0 Stars!!! ZERO STARS!!! They came out to do a plumbing service through a home warranty contract. They didn't do everything that they said was needed. Once done, they abruptly tried to get it signed off so we didn't have a chance to ask questions. After they left, we found out that they didn't do everything per the agreement and already took payment. If you’re assigned this company through Home Warranty ask for another vendor. They accepted the job then didn’t contact me or show up or pick up the phone (there’s no way to call them other than leave a voice mail) for 48 hours

They accept job from Warranty company and never shop up or do the job. They never lift the call. Do not work with them

My emergency claim with Fidelity home warranty was picked up County Plumbing, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. They accepted the emergency work order immediately , but then didn’t contact me for over an hour, so I eventually called them myself. The person who answered was very kind, but clearly had no information about the case, so I had to explain everything again. She told me it required a senior technician and that she would call me back shortly to schedule. She never called back. Not that day, not the next.... read more
