My home warranty send them out! What a mistake I usually check the reviews! Ugh!! Unprofessional they send a guy out he was here for 3 minutes tops! Didn’t check nothing, didn’t open the water heater. He just wrote what we told him and left. Paid $75 upfront for basically nothing! LOOK FOR SOMEONE ELSE !!!

This company is as unprofessional as they come. Our toilet was constantly running after they "fixed" the problem. The 3rd time they came out, they cleaned around the flapper and said that should work. They then took pictures and said if it doesn't work they will need to order a new flapper. The toilet was running as they drove off. We called the company immediately and received the run around. Now they are saying that they will not come back out. Scheduled through my home warranty. Never showed up - did not return any of my phone calls. The plumbers do not have company phones so there is no way to reach them once they are dispatched.

We were assigned this company through home warranty. They were not very responsive in returning phone calls for scheduling. The plumbers do not carry phones so there’s no notice given when they are on the way to the service visit and when we didn’t hear the doorbell, no one called us. Ended up using a different company because it would be a full week from our initial phone call until the actual work and we couldn’t wait that long. I don’t know how the actual plumbing work is.
