This is my experience with County Physical Therapy for my excruciating pain radiating from the sciatic nerve and almost needing a wheelchair to get around. I had a piece of my spinal vertebrae break off and lodged against the sciatic nerve. My first thoughts were to go to a neurosurgeon. I was in so much pain, I couldn’t care less if the surgeon operated on me right there and then. I was told by this surgeon that surgery was the only way to correct this problem.
