I needed the grant deed for my house. Not knowing what to expect I made an appointment ahead of time. The office is very efficient. There is someone greeting you as you come in and assist you with finding your parcel and document number. Then they assign you a number. It took about 5mn and someone called my number and helped me with my request. If you pay with credit card you get charged 2,50$ but no xtra charge for cash. Very spacious clean and modern office. Walked in around 9 am on Monday. Almost no line. Staff we met were very friendly and our issue was resolved within 15 min. Shout out to Melvin!
