Beautiful facility, nice staff, quick service today. One star off for conflicting info. One person tells you one thing, another contradicts it. On a previous visit, we asked what we needed to bring, and were told we needed additional documentation once we got there. Although it went well today, it did not go well last time with a long wait (with an appointment) and needing to return twice.

We have been to the office twice in the past 2 years to get paper titles for vehicles we were selling. As luck would have it, Ethan helped us both times. He was friendly, efficient, and had us in and out in less than 10 minutes.

To say this place sucks is an understatement. Pre plan on making several trips for registering your boat, to be told they won't register it. Also, custom tags are a deal! If you wanna pay for a tag then wait 6 months to receive it with additional fees added on THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I always love going in to enjoy the free air conditioning. Don't forget the ABC store is down the block, you'll need to swing through after your visit at the collectors office.

I was very impressed with the service at this location and the courteousness and hospitality shown by the staff. I especially would like to highlight Kristen who did my driver's license as well as Savannah and Brianna who helped me at the check in desk.
