I had an experience with one of their County trucks on I70 westbound from Greenfield to Indy. I was traveling the posted speed and the driver proceeded to ride my bumper with a fully loaded trailer. The speed limit drops fromn 65 to 55 and he started flashing his high beams while still riding my tail. Very unprofessional, and should not be allowed on the road. I left a voicemail, but I do not expect to hear back from the company. Not all of their drivers are dangerous, but this one was.

This place is a complete shipwreck. The management picks favorites and will do anything to protect their employment, HR is just as childish and unprofessional, it’s ran by hopes and some dreams. When starting at this place, it was fun. I was being told I was preforming well, I was highly intelligent, the whole 9 yards. I left a stable, well paying job for this one with promises of being treated as family, not just an employee, THAT was by far the most untrue statement that I was allowing myself to be blinded by. Poor management. Dispatch is a joke. Claims they appreciate their workers, only appreciate their bonuses. Too much high school mentality amongst their “higher ups”. Issues get swept under the rug instead of dealt with. Wes Richter (plant manager) is too busy having lunch dates and flirting with Heather Haney (dispatch). Dispatch is too busy playing management against one another or disrespectfully talking about workers or customers.
