I stopped on a Friday afternoon to pick up three blocks I was short for a home project. The picture I had was hard to tell what I was looking for. I initially gave them the wrong product to retrieve. He went back and got the right blocks and was very kind about the mix-up! The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, brought the block directly to my vehicle (twice :-) )and helped me load them. Great customer service!
