Update: Management reached out to me and asked for details about my experience below .. that showed me they cared.. changing my rating to account for that Worst customer service.. I get in there and the lady rep acted so annoyed and was very frustrated with every question I had.. Worst customer service.. I get in there and the lady rep acted so annoyed and was very frustrated with every question I had.. Horrible customer service. Went in there to ask questions about ordering the brick. The female behind the counter sat at her desk the entire time and wouldn’t even give me the time of day. She wouldn’t even check if the brick was in stock. I left thinking maybe she had a bad day. My brother went in the next day to get brick for his house and he didn’t even know I went there the day before. He goes on to tell me about the lady behind the counter sitting at her desk wouldn’t even help him. This business has to be losing a lot ... read more
