My old furnace unfortunately died on me early December, and Andrew was here to save the day! The installation had to wait over the weekend as I called late Thursday afternoon, but Andrew was able to come on Friday to at least have a look and confirmed it couldn't be saved. I am very confident that he would have fixed my old furnace right then and there instead of replacing it had it been possible at the time. The heat exchanger on my furnace failed in the middle of winter. Andrew was quick to respond and was even able to rearrange his other appointments to get a new furnace installed ASAP. They were candid and very professional, and were happy to answer any questions I had. I definitely recommend giving them a call!
I had County Lines HVAC do a gas fireplace pilot replacement. They replaced the pilot and cleaned everything inside and out. Everything was done quickly and professionally. The fireplace looks amazing. The two men who worked on the fireplace were very friendly and kind. The price was fair, too. Will definitely call them again.
Andrew was fantastic! He got our fireplace up and running quickly, offered great prices, and was super friendly-our dog absolutely loved him! Highly recommend County Lines and Andrew for any fireplace needs.
