WORST BS TOWING COMPANY! The phone number posted on their gate has been changed and a new one has not been provided message is what I received every time I’ve called them. And there’s nobody available at the location. I have attached the signed with the number my family and I all called today SEPTEMBER 20,2025
Yesterday I broke down and had to be towed from Cleveland to Kingwood and the team driver’s Mr. Mike and Mrs. Michelle came to get me and while I was waiting for Mr. Mike to finish loading my truck, Mrs Michelle offered me a cold bottle of water and just tried to help me calm my nerves and Mr Mike was very nice about asking me about directions to my house. I truly appreciate the care and kindness that they both showed me yesterday. There is no amount of words to express how much I appreciate them.
Do not use this towing company. My gf and I received the worst experience with this company. My gf and I were stuck on the side of the road and they told us that they will be there in 35-40 mins. They did not tell us that they were near or on the their way. We paid $200 to go 1.5 miles away. They left us in the side of the road for about three hrs or so. They wanted us to pay 50 dollars on top of what we paid so that they would come out right away. It is by far the worst towing company and they were only 3.4 miles away/ five... read more
