When late, then paying to being up to date, it difficult to contact them to have them take their lock off. It’s been 10 days for me. Mail had been sent and phone number isn’t the correct one. Otherwise price is great

I highly recommend! Easy process to rent.
Worst customer service! I've called and left messages and no one returns my calls. I have mice droppings all over and they are chewing my stuff up. Just very disappointed in this place.
