Was a customer there for years until today! Renee was very rude and I was leaving she was talking to the pharmacist about me and I overheard her. You could have at least waited until I left the store. She doesn’t care if you transfer your scripts to another pharmacy! This was all over a delivery to my job. Why would we send it there without me calling and asking you to?? They have no answer for that. So long!!!
Very customer oriented. Willing to go the extra mile to serve their customers and very pleasant and helpful on the phone also.
A huge shout out to County Line Pharmacy! I was having trouble reaching my provider for refills. I stopped in this morning and the amazing staff took care of everything. You won't find this level of Customer Service at chain pharmacies. Thank you County Line Pharmacy!!
Outstanding community pharmacy! They are incredibly easy to work with, genuinely helpful, and consistently deliver a quick turnaround. Every interaction feels personal and human — something the big retail chains have completely lost by forcing you to deal with computers instead of real conversations. This pharmacy actually treats you like a patient, not a number. Their service is faster, friendlier, and far more attentive than any of the large corporate pharmacies I’ve dealt with. Highly recommend!
