I saw Dr. Satija in December, then again in January. In January I waited for 45 minutes before being seen. I had an appointment to see Dr. Satija again today. After being moved to two different waiting areas, two different exam rooms, and after waiting a full hour, I left. I stopped at the check-in desk, asked for a refund, and asked to see the office manager. I waited another 10 minutes, but the office manager never showed. I won't return to this medical practice. Really bad experience !!! at this place really bad experience at this place customer service really rude. They literally don’t wanna communicate with the customer doctor. Did it not prescribe me anything for my dry ejes problem I do not recommend this place
I’ve had complicated health issues for many years and I’ve learned to be very patient with providers. But, I’ve never lost confidence in a provider so quickly as I did at my first and last visit with Colorado Eye Consultants. A composed and professional demeanor can help to mask a lack of experience. Unfortunately that was lacking as well
I was charged over $200 for a routine eye exam to get my prism glasses updated. I was told after my appt that because I see double, that is a medical appt. So it was charged to my medical insurance instead of a regular eye exam to my vision insurance. Now ive paid over $200 for an eye exam that didn't help because the lense they gave me was completely wrong. Nothing about my appt was more than I have received at every basic eye exam.
