After my units flooded 2xs in 3 weeks , the first one was in July and got 7 " and I wasnt notified until the day after I found it. They called when I was on my way up with paid help to try and save all of my valuables. Then on Aug 3rd they were completely under water. When I spoke with them in July about the issue they said it was State Highway fault , a pipe broke under the road, and that they told me to get renters insurance when I got them.
