He could have slapped on some new pads and I would have been happy, but he took the time to make sure the job was done to perfection. Even though the job took a lot longer than expected, the final bill was still within the estimate (about what most other places would have charged for slapping on some new pads). Paul is a par none automotive mechanic. Actually, the word "mechanic" does not do him justice, he is so much more than that. He really knows his business. He has very courteously and professionally repaired my vehicles, and my mind has been put at ease knowing that the repairs were done correctly.
