During this latest cold spell Matt was called on a Sunday no less and promptly came out to our home with no heat. He quickly identified the problem and helped us get going again. That included coming back with materials to make sure we would keep up and running. Matt is professional and no nonsense. We have had Matt service our fireplace in the past as well.
