Shocking. Place is dirty, it’s far too hot for comfort, there’s not enough seating and the reception staff are rude and unhelpful . Saturday 3.10pm 23/08/25
Attended A&E 12.8.25, I have an awful fear of hospital despite working in nhs 35 years. Every member of staff was amazing, respectful and caring. Made a difficult situation much less stressful. Very impressed. Well done to the staff.
Probably the worst hospital in the country, my mom was taken ill, phoned ambulance which took ages to come, the hospital carried out an examination but said they could not find anything wrong with her and sent her home. She was taken ill again the next day so we decided to take her to Stoke hospital, this time after carrying out an examination, they found a blockage in her intestine which was serious and needed an emergency operation, and only just recently, my ex girlfriend had something similar happen to her and Stafford h... read more
Had to go to A&E for damage to my ribs, all the staff were amazing, they got me sorted. What a refreshing change from other hospitals I have been to. Thank you to all the staff.
