I attended A&E at County Hospital Stafford after being physically attacked. My right eye was severely swollen and I could barely see out of it (and that was only when I tried forcing it open). I was experiencing extreme facial pain, dizziness, difficulty staying upright, and significant pain in my neck and back. Attended at 5pm 26/02/2026. Staff were amazing, kind and considerate. Of course the wait was a little longer than I'd have liked but staff were really busy so that was understandable. Thank you all.
Found a parking space easy enough although some cars were parked over the lines luckily the barrier was up so didn't have to pay for parking might be because they are having work done.
My husband was advised by his doctor to attend A&E at Stafford where he was seen and triaged on arrival. Very shortly after this, he was seen by a doctor and treated. The waiting time was short and all staff were polite, helpful and courteous. Great experience and thanks to all. I also had a very positive experience in February 2026. The staff are so thorough, friendly and caring. A very positive experience
