Rude staff. Went to see a physiotherapist on the advice of my gp after being in awful pain for over a year, and all I got was insulted by a rude old man and sent on my way. Parking was terrible and building had clearly seen better days, but can't get over how rude the staff were.
I've noticed Talygarn psychiatric unit must of changed their settings so no one could see my review. So I'll keep updating this because it's important for me to share my experience. This is a very poor mental health unit hospital that can damage mental health. They allow smoking in the courtyard, which hospitals are meant to be smoke-free, and people wake up feeling sick at 6 am. due to the smell of smoke filling up the corridors and into bedrooms, and the smell of cigarettes from the patients breath is vile.
