These guys continue sending me mail to an address I never gave them. I also live over an hour away from these stores so I don’t know who is in charge of the marketing here but might want to change directions. I’ve also called them twice and asked them to stop sending me mail and they are still doing it Now they’ve graduated to sending me catalogs. There’s is literally 20 hardware stores closer to me than this chain and all of them are better. Whoever is in charge of the do it brand marketing is missing some data points

I recently went in the Ste Genevieve store and was greeted by Janice (I am not sure of the spelling). What a delightful person. I told her what I needed and we laughed over different options. She finally helped me buy the items I needed to do the job right. I also chatted with Pam briefly. Both were nice and professional and I look forward to going back.
