Lack of security on entering
Went for a concert, had VIP parking pass but young kids working the parking lot sent us to the wrong area, making us walk way further than needed. Prepaid for 2 drink tickets also but they ran out of items halfway through show. Seats did not offer enough room/spacing for normal sized adults or the large ones next to us that took up quite a bit of ours.
