Terrible experience. Unprofessional is an understatement. Normally I go elsewhere but my regular clinic was closed due to illness so I tried it out. Never again will I return here... I would rather wait for 10 hours in a hospital.
As soon as I gave my health card they ask what the issue was I told them the issue I wait 2 hours then finally got in and the same gentleman said I know you have been waiting for a while but the Dr does not deal with that issue. .. .? Not sure how that's possible but then has me wait so he can get a hold of the dr on the phone while he sits and watches videos on his phone this place really should be open if there's almost never a dr in
I went to this clinic with my son. There is a sign outside of the door that says Walk-In Clinic. When I went to register, they said there is no doctor seeing patients. Only doing telemedicine. They also asked how old my son is, and they said the doctor wouldn’t see him anyway because he’s a child. They told us to go to another clinic or to the hospital. Why have signage if you’re not functioning as a walk-in clinic?
I walked to the walk-in clinic I went to the front desk to register so you start asking me what's the problem I said I'm here I feel sick and you see a doctor says to me you have to go back to your doctor I was wondering was that walk-in clinic to see a doctor so on the front desk he refused to see the doctor so that was bad service for walk-in clinic
They were late to open, the “dr” didn’t even look at my throat, feel any lymph nodes nothing. Pretty much just let me diagnose myself. Waited for 45 mins for a computer dr to not even want to talk to me. What did I waste my time doing I could have gotten the info I got from web md. Also I never even got meds to treat what’s happening with me! So unprofessional, unorganized, just not the place to be. I’d rather wait 5 hours at the hospital or visit web md than try my luck here again.
