Horrible service!!! Went in and spoke to a barber about braids and said he will have someone contact me if not/or is possible to do. And nothing for over 2 weeks now!!! Will never go back

I've gone here twice for my husband's hair and sons hair, they guy there does a fantastic job however the girl there needs to learn to do better she messed up my husband's beard. Then proceded to mess my son's hair up so bad even when SHE wasn't the one doing his hair the guy was. Back story My son cut his hair while unattended at his grandma's.
