We’re over this place. Many times, when we take in good quality, working items, they’ve refused to take them. Also, the last 4-5 times we’ve went in as customers, the selection has been poor and the prices high. Not worth the time.
I used to frequent this store often, been a few years since being in. Was there recently and was shocked at the prices! I understand prices have gone up, but 60-80 for donated jacket or snowsuits?! Are you kidding me? $20 on a pair of jeans? That's worse than goodwill, unfortunately I won't be coming back. Was a nice little store to get decent stuff at affordable prices, can get things cheaper at Walmart.
Old lady working the register is rude. She yelled that I put my card in wrong and now has to cancel the whole transaction. A few seconds later it was approved. I paid correctly. She had no idea what she was talking about. Ide avoid this garbage pile in the future due to poor customer service.
