You can't even call for your significant other or bothe nothing which sucks and the person that said that was ride and I'm surprised she has a job still wow wake up or you'll lose business like crazy
Worst service the county provides. Staff that answer the phones are rude and hang up on you. Your children get left at school and you have to pick them up, plus pay for a missed ride that they failed to pick up. School employees stay outside and get called liars when they state the bus never showed. They state that they will fix and the charges will be dropped, but wait until you call and find out that they still have not done this and want you to pay for their neglect and incompetence.

A few months ago I was riding with Howard. We ended up getting rear ended by some guy texting in his blue dodge pickup. I am glad Howard did not get in trouble, because I was gonna fight for him and call you guys and say "Hey he is innocent".
Picked me up before scheduled time and dropped me off an hour early in the rain. On crutches
Just have to give a shout out to Midland County connection drivers this morning! as I was driving to work I witnessed a county connection driver stop to pick up one of its patrons. the driver got out of the bus and helped the individual into the bus . A true example of a company caring about its customers!
Love county connection
They where supposed to pick me up at 8:40 to take me to work and still have not came and its been over an hour one of the worst services I have ever had don't recommend it
