They came out promptly and found my 2 overflows that previous cesspool companies were unable/unwilling to find, and pumped and added chemicals for a reasonable price. They also added caps so the pools could be accessed without digging them up again.
After my cesspool overflowed I called County cesspool. The men arrived and were more than willing to help. When I said I only the wanted chemicals they started with the high pitched sale. They tried to scare me into the full service claiming the fumes could wipe out my family. I said just the chemicals please and with their unhappy look I went and got my check book. Horrible stay away. This company is totally unprofessional. They sub out their work and hire unlicensed contractors to do the job. Then they lie and try to scam and scare the customer into spending hundreds of dollars extra in unnecessary services. Do not hire them!
