:( I currently live in the Chancellors Court Condos located on Philmont Avenue, which were built by County Builders. Agreeing with the other reviewers, the design of the condos are very nice, modern and the layout is very open, which is what originally attracted us to buy the place. However our experience living here has been very disappointing, as they were built with cheapest materials possible! Quality homes at an affordable price County Builders built our townhouse development and the quality of work inside and out is impressive. Anyone who walks into our home is impressed how large and airy it is. Would recommend anyone looking for a home to take a look at the Walnut Ridge Townhomes and their new development Walnut Grove in Trevose, PA.
A decent home builder This is my Builder. Although he does build decent homes, he is expensive, and takes a long time to get a development finished. The follow through after the home is built with any problems and issues also takes time from their end.

County Builders developed our townhome and it is gorgeous! It is very spacious, well-designed and nicely built. They have also lived up to the promises of warranty so far. The price is reasonable, but they can be more flexible with options for finishes.
