County Action Restoration is a terrific company. I had a sewage backup and they came to help me out right a way. The ladies in the office were so kind and helpful. The workers that came to my house were so respectful and did a great job. I can’t say enough about Dan, he was great with doing my estimate and working with my insurance company. Everything went smoothly. I highly recommend this company.

I had a great experience working with this local restoration company. From the first call to the completion of the job, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process and made what could have been a very stressful situation much easier to handle. This company's repair work completely ruined my house. Please refer to the photos. I was surprised by your reply. We even has the repair receipt. I live in Aria Condos. Whoever responded, please apologize to me first. I hope you don't shirk your responsibility. This company doesn't keep its promises. They don't respond to messages even after five or more messages. And don't make any promises with Dan. He never responds. And don't pay before the work is completed. Also, they don't finish the repairs properly.

This review is for Restoration Relief. Bathroom remodel in $400,000 home taken 7 months an 3 project managers. The crew owned by Mike is all Spanish speaking young guys that can’t communicate with English speaking Americans. They do work like it’s a HUD home - for the half. Let doors open to your house in 30 degree weather. I have pictures to back up this unacceptable job. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

We had an unexpected and major flood in our house from a malfunctioning dishwasher. Jose and Sean from County action came within an hour of our phone call. From the first day they were at our house till the last day they left, which was nine days later, the amount of care that they showed to remediate the problem, precisely, and the amount of hard work they put in were amazing.
