We called Counts to investigate a plug that had sparked and loss of power to our outdoor seating area. Solo immediately tried to troubleshoot over the phone to see if there was anything we could resolve without needing to send a technician. Once he determined we would need someone to come out, the technician, Sean, was at the house within 20 minutes and was able to replace the two outdoor plugs quickly and verified everything was working properly before he left.
