Unreliable ownership, OSHA is their worst nightmare, Tom refuses to reqjest new machinery "at the risk of the new owners retaliating" so the employees are set up to fail. Extremely high quotas to meet with little to no actual staffing and they plan on firing more. It's a revolving door company that hires and fires as they please. Even if you've only been there a few weeks suddenly "higher upside don't like you" or something and you're gone because it's easier for them than explaining it's a failing company.
Practically a sweat shop; unsafe working conditions, terrible management, a quota that is unknown, and impossible to meet.
