Response to onlineuser1234 As owner of Country Woods, I take customer service seriously. The customer had called ahead to inquire about an item they were interested in at 5:00 and said they would be there before closing. When they didn't show up at 6:20 (we close at 6:00), I told the remaining salespeople to go home. 1star customer service We made arrangements to pick up a piece of furniture and travel about a 1/2 hr. to Country Woods in Raymond, NH. Upon getting there we were very unhappy finding out that after making plans to buy an item they were closing and told us to GO HOME. The employee was rude. After speaking to the owner about this horrible experience he was also unconcerned. We didn't travel there to get this kind of customer service. I will never go to Country Woods in Raymond again.
