I had hail damage and it was all fixed in spring of 2017. I was given a 5 year warranty on labor. I have 3 spots inside my house that is leaking. Kenny came out and "repaired it " then he blamed it on my skylight being old. Well, recently I had 2 other roofing companies inspect my roof. The flashing around my skylight is all wrong. There is a pool of water at the bottom of the skylight! The other 2 leaking spots are again flashing not being properly completed around vents! Roof started leaking after 3 years. Kenny would never respond to repeated phone calls and messages. He was kicked out of his parents house and was living with friends. He is hiding and refusing to pay multiple lawsuits. He told his installers to not replace flashing even though he charged for it. The flashing was leaking and did extensive interior damage. He will not warranty his work. Don’t ever use this company.
Kenny Eastland tried to charge us for items he never replaced on the roof. He also tried to charge us for over a 100 FT of guttering downspouts that weren’t even on the house. He then cancelled a siding contract with us and refused to refund the money. He then hired a lawyer and took us to court causing us to spend thousands in attorneys fees.
