My Hot water system packed it in. Called on Sunday, discussed problem and options. They were there on Monday. Friendly service. There were a couple dripping points. However they happily came back the next day and fixed. Back to warm showers
Called the plumber to fix a wonky kitchen mixer and regrout the shower bay. Both jobs weren't done properly, so called them back. Mixer was supposedly redone but 6 weeks later it was worse than ever. Had to pay another company to rectify the issue. Shower bay issue never resolved as the plumber said he'd get back to me to fix it and never did. Out of pocket hundreds of dollars. Extremely dissatisfied.
