Been dealing with these guys for a few months now with regards to the sale of my house. I'd have thought that everything that they needed would have been brought up at the start of the process. That's far from the case. Each day brings another phone call with a request or new requirement that I feel should have been dealt with on day one. Be sure to take all your annual leave from work so that you are available for them when they call.
