Stay away from Countrywide! They must be bribing new homeowners with gift cards for positive Google reviews because there’s a sudden surge of 5 star reviews… don’t be fooled. This builder is absolutely awful, and I would never recommend ANYONE to buy from them. They treat customers like a joke. There are numerous defects with their work, and they’re fully aware of them. Instead of taking responsibility, they drag things out, make fake promises to fix the issues, and then do absolutely nothing. We love our home in Midhurst Valley! The community is beautiful, with wonderful neighbors, scenic parks, and inviting walking trails. Big thanks to our site supervisors, Athena and Alberto. Athena was always accommodating and kept us well-informed. She also has a great sense of humor.
