So ive been without an aide for about 3 weeks. My coordinator is not on top of finding a permanent aide for me. She doesn't communicate very well and has dropped the ball on numerous occasions. I have trouble walking and standing for long periods of time. Im a fall risk. Ive had 18 surgeries on my right foot alone. Im currently in a cast. I'M PATIENT ELIZABETH HALL AND MY CAREGIVER -NADIYA PROTAS HELPS WITH CLEANING, COOKING,LAUNDRY, TRASH REMOVAL, VACCUMMING AWESOME AT EVERYTHING GREAT COMPANIONSHIP. SHE DOES WELL AT EVERYTHING SHE DOES PEACEFUL KIND VERY NICE.

AWFUL FROM START TO FINISH!!!! First aide was always calling out. Second aide up and quit Countrywide. Countywide said they would find a replacement BUT I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. Then I get a huge bill for invoices six months old. How do I balance six month old invoices??? Back office DOES’NT CARE!!! I’LL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!!!
