Quality of work is outstanding. John serviced my heating system recently. There were challenges and he figured it out because he’s smart and experienced. But if I’m going to be charged 5.5 hrs @ $200.00/hour, a large increase from his last visit, I should have been told that’s his new rate before being handed the bill. Especially considering 2 hours were spent getting parts and checking in with his partner at a nearby job. I asked about Senior citizen discount. Nope.
I highly recommend Countrywide Heating & Air Cond. We have used them for a few years now and have not been disappointed. John, Doug, and Luke just replaced our AC unit in one day. It was a hot day, with no complaints. They were highly professional & explained everything to us. I cannot thank them enough for the professional, courteous, and fast service.
Countrywide HVAC is a terrific company to work with. We had them install a dual head mini-split heat pump system in our home. Doug and John were very professional and knowledgable regarding what the installation required and completed it in one day. We are very happy with our new units and would highly recommend them for any type of HVAC work you may want to have done.
John Casey and his team installed a 36k BTU heat pump with three mini-split units indoors at my new home and completed the job in one day. Everything was cleaned up, the quality of work was expert, and the cost, while not inexpensive, was reasonable. It took John a couple of weeks after the installation to get back to me with information about submitting for the NYS Clean Heat program rebate for new heat pump installations, but ultimately he handled everything and submitted for the rebate on my behalf.
