June 2024, We just did a land purchase through Countrytyme at one of their developments with Rick, and everything has been seemless! Update! 2/4/25 What a joke! subdivision turned into a campground/ trailer park, neighbor turned property into a Sanford and Son trash heep withing the first six months! I recommend not buy in a subdivision, deed restrictions are not followed or enforced!
