sorry i never lived here. This place has went from a mobile home community to complete trailer park disgusting.
The owner is an asshole I would never refer anyone.To live in this park.Not even my worse enemy.They will not work with you ever.All they care about is raising the rent every year.And if you are having a hard time.Then they will make it even harder on you.So my advise is run run far away from this place.
Nice Option to Apartment Living When my husband and I were first married, we lived in a manufactured home at Countryside Village of Lake Lanier. Because we owned our own home with our own yard, it was a nice alternative to living in an apartment, as most newly married couples do. Amenities included a clubhouse, swimming pool and play area. All the common areas were well maintained. And, when we were ready to buy a house, the community owner helped us sell our manufactured home.
