Nice...but the parking restrictions are lame. You can't park on the street unless you have a parking permit. I get why they're doing it, but the stress of wondering if your car was towed.ove right on a daily is really stressful. Some people just ruin it for everyone else.
Manager is awesome keeping this park nice and clean
Unfortunately, the living experience here has declined significantly. Management has become extremely micromanaging and frequently issues violation notices for very minor issues, such as a bicycle outside, shoes by the door, or a piece of paper on the ground. Situations like these are often escalated in a way that feels unnecessary and creates added stress for residents.
