First off they could do a way better job with how they maintain their yards , the maintenance on and in the park , because when you call in with a matter regarding your trailer that your pay 915.00 a month for and call and say hey my plumbing is backed up can someone please come fix this , and they reply sure I’ll make sure to get someone out there ASAP. Then few weeks later the PLUMBING IS STILL BACKED UP !!! Management and maintenance sucks here , DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT ! If you want people to stay how about giving a crap !
This area at one time was an undesirable area. NO LONGER IS THAT THE CASE. It is under new ownership, and management that has spent a lot of time and money to help the community. There are brand new trailers for rent at reasonable prices. I'm telling all my friends in the area.
