There’s lots of illegal activity. The maintenance workers deal drugs and allow a lot to slide if you’re on their team. Dogs run loose and charge a walker, particularly with a dog. “Music” can go on all night. Everyone’s afraid to say anything. Personally, my neighbor dug up my snake plant border, planted them in pots and put them on her patio outside my kitchen window. She tried to pick up my boyfriends as well. Ha.
