1300$ a month just for them not to repair my roof. Outrageous rent for a mobile home
1300+ to rent a trailer. Mobile homes are supposed to be affordable this place thinks they are renting luxury homes even though the floors creak and they charge you for not mowing 50$. They barely fix anything unless you beg have been waiting for repairs for months. Neighbors are unfriendly or don't even speak english

Don't live here expecting affordable housing 1300+ rent for a mobile home and charging 50k plus to buy a trailer with low quality building materials.
Way to Expensive for a mobile home, neighbors will break into your car have had multiple things stolen from my car in the middle of the night. New trailers coming in regularly but I haven't seen the road patched once. Between theiving neighbors and a high cost of rent I would not recommend this place. Only benefit of living here is being close to Lima. Expect 10 days to get out if you ever fall behind on rent this neighborhood and company managing doesn't have you in there interests, I've yet to even get a hello from any nei... read more
