-UPDATED VERY SNEAKY COMPANY! I was instructed to put a 30-day notice in and submitted this with a move out date of 06-17-2023. I was given a PRORATED amount via email for June charges until I vacated the unit. This was paid in office on time to the leasing manager. If you're not a Karen/Richard (dick for short) then you won't fit in there. A majority of the tenants seem to have a stuck up their @$$ and have a social media page where they gossip about anything and anyone they dislike. It's hme to the most hive-minded and hostile set of people I have ever encountered in my entire life. The management is cold-hearted and heartless and love kicking people. I just seen this review thought I'd like to make a little comment here. I've been in this park since 2006. I've seen a lot of changes through the years especially when it became bank-owned for a while the park fell apart. But since you have this management staff here that's been here for the last few years I think they're doing an exceptional job of bringing this park back up to par. I stay in Indian creek and this is crazy ! You have to go without air and heat and have to deal with all the don't but when shit need to be fix can't pay them to come do it or fix it ... it's always some bs ... now I have been dripping my water as we where told my pipes has busted I have called the emergency number for maintenance sine 12:00 pm it's 3:14 no call no text no one has showed up ... smh this is the most sorry ass maintenance I have ever had and they wonder why no one wants to live here cause shit regular apa... read more
I often have things to complain about but also have things I am grateful for as well. In my experience good help is hard to find especially these days. We have a young lady that manages our property with pride and I am grateful for her. I applied to purchase a home in full with no financing for my daughter and was denied. I work full time, make decent money, my credit score is decent, I don’t have any evictions or any of the sorts. My name is Jeremy Raglin, I lived in the Bluebonnet Estates until March 2020. Before moving out, in accordance with my lease, I paid $500 to get out of the lease and I paid my rent for the month of March. I received a notice today stating that I owe Bluebonnet Estates $1,207.65 because I did not submit a "full 30 day notice" because my 30 day notice was dated March 1st, 2020 and it should have been dated March 3rd, 2020.
