I bought a dog from Rescue Village and in order to do so, made a pledge to get a *free* (with RVillage voucher) veterinary exam. Countryside Veterinary Service was one on the list. I made an appointment within the time Rescue Village required. Was made to wait (with my new anxious dog) as they were running late. Then, they whisked my dog away and did not allow me to attend, and hidden behind closed doors, administered blood tests and inoculations I did not authorize, all of which my dog was already up to date on. Countryside Veterinary Service is an excellent place to get your animals taken care of. They were very helpful when I had to have my first dog put down. They treated us like Joe family.
Scarlett in the front is AMAZING! Always warm, inviting, and friendly! Technician Pam was INCREDIBLE! My girl is not the best at getting her nails done, but I knew she was in good hands with Pam! Love CVSM!!
Wouldn't take Mj anywhere else. This place is always so caring and great! Love the staff. It's always clean and a relaxing stress free atmosphere for both Mj and myself. Easy to get a hold of for appointments or emergencies. They always take the time to explain things and give us all options when it comes to Mj's health. I know she is in good hands here!!! Thank you to everyone at Countryside Vet Middlefield. Keep up the good work!!!
