Beware if you are bringing your dog for "water therapy " here. The therapist will tell you new tricks to do at home with your dog, insult you when you can't get your dog to do the tricks, tell you your feeding your dog wrong, tell you to drug your dog more for anxiety, will repeatedly make you wait 10 minutes in the waiting room before each appointment, and the time in tank is about 10 minutes.
The Vet and all the staff were very helpful, informative and supportive. Explaining every step of the surgical procedure, easing our concerns.
We have been bringing our dog to Countryside for physical therapy since last November. He had three surgeries in 9 months for TPLO, and they have done an amazing job getting him back on his feet. Holly and Sophia are absolutely amazing to work with! They have done such a great job getting his legs back in shape. Also, the fact that they work with our pretty insurance company directly makes it so much easier.
