FILTHY Countryside Vet is not what it used to be. The clueless secretary looked like she was hungover. The overwhelming smell of pet urine was apparent the instant i walked in the door. I will NOT be going back there. FILTHY!
Took my dog there and Dr. Stacy had the worst "bed side manner". It was extremely expensive we were charged $450 and was left with no answers about what was wrong with our pet.
I want to personally thank the staff and Dr. Lisa for saving our dog,Sammie. We were visiting family this holiday season and our dog got extremely ill. We found Dr. Lisa and her staff nearly by chance, but so happy we did. Dr. Lisa was very prompt in accurately diagnosing Sammie's illness. The treatment was successful for her pancreatitis.Thank you so very much for saving our sick baby. We are forever grateful.

I believe that this hospital takes advantage of your love for your pets. They schedule repeated or unnecessary tests between the doctors, which inflicts unwarranted punishment on your friend and your bank account. The doctors and staff have always been rude. There are no emergency hours, even if it's life- threatening. Emergency room doctors have wondered why serious symptoms and conditions have been missed. so far they have been good to our 2 dogs but everything seems to be very high priced. tonto was8 mo and dakota was 9 mo when we had them fixed and chiped it cost us $750.00. my brother had his beagle fixed for $40.00 why so expensive i really only go there because i couldnt find a close vet that was accepting patients.
I had a pet emergency and this facility would not see my pet, after I had been a customer there for years. The bad part was, this was a matter of life or death. And I guess, that they didn't care if the dog lived or died. Especially afterI attempted to get an appointment for 3 days, before pulling all my pets records and going to Norwin Vet. which was professional enough to realize that the dog was in grave danger! In my opinion, if they don't care for the welfare of animals ---WHATS THE USE!!!
