Great office and staff I was visiting family in Idaho Falls and one of my dogs developed a hematoma on his left ear flap. It was scary to think about having to take him to a vet that was not familiar to us. After looking at some reviews we chose Countryside Vets. We saw Dr. Francis, and he was wonderful. He was kind and patient, and answered all of my questions. He informed me of the pros and cons of the procedure he wanted to perform. If I lived in Idaho Falls, I would definitely go to this office. Miracle save...... Thank you so much to the emergency vet Dr. Harris and Jessie the vet tech who were so kind, gentle and attentive to our beautiful golden lab, Slugger, after he was run over by a truck. After a very long touch and go night Dr. Rolston took over and took such great care of us and him during our time of need. I am happy to report that he is doing well. It's a very slow recovery, but we have no reason to believe that it will not be nearly 100%. Thanks again for all you do!! And Jessie, you will never know how ... read more

Great Care I have been using Countryside Veterinary Clinic for the past ten years. They have cared for two of the four Labradors I have had in my life time. The whole staff does a great job in taking care of the animal as well as the owner.

Saved my family! I agree with all the other reviews. This Vet office is incredible. I brought in a very sick puppy to their office. She was diagnosed with Parvo. I was devastated and cried like a baby. Dr. Francis was incredible. He showed me how to give my puppy medicine to help her get better. I called him on a regular basis for questions and he was more than willing to help. I am happy to say my dog survived and I owe it all to Dr. Francis and his wonderful staff.

I agree with all of the above! My poodle broke his leg in May 2009 and they tried so hard to get it to heal, even sending me to Dr. Acker at Sun Valley Animal Hospital (also highly recommended). Dr. Frances ended up amputating his leg in January 2010 and we've had a great outcome. They were so good to me to work within my finances. I read on a website that dogs have 3 legs and a spare and at least in our case it is true.

A Vet office that's SPECIAL This is the most caring, professional and knowledgable Vet office you could find. The entire staff is compasionate and caring for the animals as well as the owners. My Vet is Dr. Rolston who is as good as they get! You'll really be glad you found this office for your very special pet.

Couldn't ask for a better Vet There is not enough space nor words allowed to write about how fantastic Countryside vet is. The entire staff is very caring and professional. Dr. Frances is the best vet ever. If you are looking for a good vet in IF - here is the place!
