While visiting from out of town, my dog was attacked by another dog that ended in trauma & puncture wounds. The Otter Lake office was able to get him in right away. From the first phone call, to the discharge & follow up, they were compassionate & capable every step of the way. I’m very grateful they were right down the road from where it happened, got us in, & took good care.
The people are great, the vets are great, they are personable and know your pets! Very helpful when you have questions.
Very welcoming and warm people. It was my pup's first visit and they made it a positive experience for us both. Very knowledgeable and thoughtful!
