Had a the waist taken in on a pair of shorts here and they ruined them. They’re not even the right size anymore !!! They took it the waist all the way down the crotch and I can’t restore them back to how they were before

WARNING: GO ELSEWHERE!! As a military and police family, this is the most horrible experience with the simple service of dry cleaning. We sent in a $1,000 suit to be dry cleaned just to be ruined by old solution or what have you. It was COMPLETELY discolored. Not to mention, the dress shirt came back more wrinkled than when we sent it in. Upon presentation of this issue with staff, we are told that can’t be with no logical explanation as to how the items were ruined and a nasty attitude from the staff.
