So I wanted the best stove Lopi. My fireplace was big enough for the freedom bay. I ended up with an Olympic Avalon which is supposed to be built at the same warehouse. Was installed 5/2019 Good installation love the fireplace. 1.The baffle pins rusted (under Warrenty) Was charged when they cleaned the chimney in 2020. Left some mess in the house had to re grout hearth because of soot. Whatever stuff happens. 2. Came out 2021 had a cool new tool to clean chimney. Guys was nice and professional. Terrible customer service. Bought my fireplace from countryside, called them for a repair part and they told me what to buy and they sent me to Tractor Supply. It was the wrong part, had to return the part. Looked the part up on Google, called Countryside they had the part and put it aside for me. My wife drove out to get the part, she saw the part on the counter with my name on it. They said that wasn't the part I needed and they gave her a different part, it was wrong. Do yourself a favor, look it up yourself and order it ... read more
