I had solar panels & battery & inverter installed 3 years ago. and last July I started to receive electricity bills. last bill January 2026 1000.00. Contacted by phone & email no return emails or call backs it is under warranty & have had no luck getting it replaced I have contacted sun grow direct to sort out my issues & technical support awaiting there response not happy customer paid 20000.00 for this to be long term solution to electricity other issues as to where it was placed near window & to far for battery back up ... read more

Over my Years as an Electrician and an Electrical Teacher at TAFE I have meet many Solar installers but non as bad as Countryside Solar. Nick promises everything but delivers very little. After he Banked my Deposit that was the last time I heard from him. I have now proceeded with court action to recover our deposit. He is truly the smooth talker who promises much but does not do this industry any favours. DO NOT FALL INTO HIS TRAP.

We had Nick and the team install stand Alone Solar to our rural shed at Ballandean. The whole experience was 10 out of 10. The installers arrived on time and installed in the day. Full explanation of the operation and testing the system before they left. Any after-service queries have been handled wonderfully by Nick. We are thinking of increasing our battery storage and will not hesitate to use Nick again. I would highly recommend Nick and Countryside Solar if you are thinking of Solar.
